WHY HAVE PSYCHOTHERAPY?
There are many reasons why people seek counselling or psychotherapy:Depression
Lack of confidence/self-esteem
Anxiety and panic attack
Other difficult or painful issues
Sometimes we work through difficulties on our own and at other times we might want help and seek counselling or psychotherapy.
Alternatively people sometimes seek psychotherapy for personal development
We are both warm, welcoming and empathic people and as counsellors/therapists, we will offer you time and space to explore what is happening in your life
by listening carefully to what you have to say
provide a safe and confidential environment where you can talk
about difficult and painful issues
work with you to help you
- identify unhelpful patterns
- explore new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving
- make positive and informed changes in your life
A one hour session costs £30.
If you are unemployed, low waged or a full time student, we may be able to offer a reduction.
This would be negotiated depending on circumstances in the first session.
Payment is by cash or cheque at the end of each session

We work in Llandudno, Conwy. Llandudno is North Wales' largest resort, often known as the “Queen of Seaside Resorts”. It is situated close to the University City of Bangor between the Great and Little Orme with two award winning beaches and an excellent pier.
Llandudno has kept its Victorian and Edwardian elegance, due to its well preserved properties. We practise from such a property which is quiet, yet only about 50 metres from the sea front and promenade.
The healing and calming powers of the sea are well documented
Llandudno is easily accessible by the A55 from West and East. It is approximately 20 miles from Bangor and 45 miles from Chester.
