There are many reasons why people seek counselling or psychotherapy:

Relationship problems
Lack of confidence/self-esteem
Anxiety and panic attacks
Sexual Abuse
Other difficult or painful issues

Sometimes we work through difficulties on our own and at other times we might want help and seek counselling or psychotherapy.

Alternatively people sometimes seek psychotherapy for personal development

Sandra is warm, welcoming and empathic and as a counsellor/therapist will

  • offer you time and space to explore what is happening in your life
by listening carefully to what you have to say

    about difficult and painful issues

  • work with you to help you

    • identify unhelpful patterns
    • explore new ways of thinking, feeling and behaving
    • make positive and informed changes in your life

A one hour session costs 32.
Payment is by cash, cheque or BACS at the end of each session

I work in Llandudno, Conwy. Llandudno is North Wales' largest resort, often known as the “Queen of Seaside Resorts”. It is situated close to the University City of Bangor between the Great and Little Orme with two award winning beaches and an excellent pier.

From 1st December 2017, Shore Therapy will be based at LEAF (Life Enhancement and Fitness) in Llandudno. This is a centre for complementary health care.

    The address is:
    29, Lloyd Street,
    LL30 2YA

There is roadside parking and there are also 3 public car parks close by.

Llandudno is easily accessible by the A55 from West and East. It is approximately 20 miles from Bangor and 45 miles from Chester.
